Return/Exchange Policy (Domestic Orders)
We do not have a return policy. However, we accept exchanges in case the item you ordered has reached you in a damaged condition or you received an incorrect item.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note, to exchange any item, ensure that it is returned to us in an unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged state and retains the original packaging. Contact us with your exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery. We do not offer monetary refunds of any kinds.
To be eligible for an exchange, we will require an unboxing video of the parcel clearly showing the shipping label on the box and the damaged/incorrect item. We will arrange a pickup for the damaged/incorrect item from the same address it was delivered to. Return/Exchange Policy (International Orders)
No exchange / return is applicable on international orders. In case you received an incorrect item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with a clear unboxing video of your order and we will provide you with a refund to your original payment source or store credits, whichever is acceptable to you.
